My expirience in N.P.A was very nice from been of the delegation of "state counsil" then we decide our comisions I was in "water as a fundamental rigth" , it was a long process since we learn lenguage and actitude in english class with Luisa Parra and then it comes the regersal in the afternoon program by the social science deparmet , then we do our paper position then miss Adriana give back us the paper position with the corresponding corrections. Then everybody thinks we were ready, but the true was that we were very nervus

The day come it was 27 of march we were going to the colisium... every body was all ready organize our paper positions now were perfect and we were wating for the begining of the event after the words of miss Adriana, Glenda, and Joany, we go to our commision with our presidents in my casse Santiago Reyes and Santiago Grisales.

The first topic was "the aqueduct of Villavicencio" (the bomb that exploded in the aqueduct that affects the whole city).This debate is not reached a clear conclusion as the delegate of the FARC was not very respectful also proposed a radical change agreement between the FARC and the Colombian FARC to be removed without the need for water to the other but However, my delegation is not paresis and they should not have the right to water because they strike terror group however tube was noted that every human being needs water to live then I consider the idea.

The second crisis was that a United States state contaminating the Amazon River with toxic waste and was affecting the indigenous communities in their health, and part of Brazil so that all delegations to United States accused without real tests and not United States while both said that the pollution they produce but not the FARC. For its part, the FARC said they could not because they needed water. never really came to a conclusion I agreed with the representative of radical change because their solution was posoble began a process of decontamination of the river, step by step with governments nearby.

After a lunch break and go to our 3 and last crisis also related to pollution of the water was almost the same as the last crisis, then we working papers posed possible solutions, and thus the role labor work my step group (U.S., State Council, Party of the U ...). Lugo had the final reunion with all the presidents and all Delage gave prizes NPA and the press after that went home with the great satdisfacción of my having had a great experience.
